The Instructor

Crista Turner CYT, RYT


I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years. I completed my 200 hours of training in Hatha Yoga specializing in Vinyasa Flow with Heidi Sherwin of Moonbow Yoga Teacher Training. I am excited to share my love of yoga and the many benefits of the practice to bring you healing through movement, breath, and stillness.

I chose Yoga Precepts to represent the concept of taking care of the whole self. Precepts are a way of living and a way of being, which is what yoga means to me. As we practice yoga, it aligns the body, mind and spirit. As a result, it encourages us to be our best self.Through yoga, we begin making better choices in how we think, what we put in the body, how we view others and the world we in which we live.
